Supplemental road log 3: From US-285/NM-524 junction, Happy Valley and Carlsbad Civic Center, via truck bypass route and Standpipe road
Abstract
This 12-mi trip follows an alternative route at the end of the Third-Day Road Log that bypasses the Carlsbad urban area. All but the last mile of the route is on the Carlsbad West Quadrangle mapped by Motts (1962).
